Wow! It's been four weeks since I last posted here. I am so sorry. I know I have put us behind in our reading plan but we personally have had a few unexpected circumstances occur in our lives over the past month that have kept me away from the computer.
We recently found out we are expecting baby number six! We are surprised and so excited, but the morning sickness (which for me has been ALL DAY sickness) has kept me down to barely functioning. Praise the Lord, I am beginning to feel a little stronger, less nauseous and able to do more now than in the past weeks. My older kids have been a great help to me in taking care of chores and helping me with our 10 month old daughter!
Please keep our family in your prayers. We have a couple of big decisions to make this summer and we just want to be where God wants us to be, so we are specifically asking God to direct our paths so that we can bring Him glory.
Some of you may have kept up with our summer reading plan. I have tried to, but I will be completely honest and say - I am a little behind in Genesis. We should be embarking on week 6 of our study right now, but I am going to back track a bit, to help myself and anyone else who might be behind. :)
So this will be week 3 of our study of Genesis. If you have already read ahead, Great! Keep reading! If not, just pick up where you are and take your time through God's Word! Here is our reading plan for this week:
Monday - Genesis 11
Tuesday - Genesis 12
Wednesday - Genesis 13
Thursday - Genesis 14
Friday - Genesis 15
I'm praying for each of you this week. Comment on what God is teaching you through His Word or leave any prayer requests in the comment section. Keep reading God's Word!
For we are God's masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago. "
Hi! I'm Andrea, wife to my handsome hubby, homeschooling mama to my 5 amazing blessings (with one more on the way), and daughter of the King of kings. I am so glad you have stopped by my little piece of the web. My prayer is that the Lord will use this blog to encourage you in your personal, daily walk with Christ.
